I believe everyone can benefit from personal training. Exercise prescriptions can be used to continue to recover and improve after injuries, to stave off the effects of many different illnesses, improve athletic performance, and to improve one’s confidence and body-image. I have a degree in both Biological Science and Exercise Science and I hope to help people from all walks of life with varying goals and ideals achieve success. Though I am very easy going in conversation, I train hard and expect the same from my clients. Come discuss your goals with me!

I currently live in Alton, IL and I recently graduated from Southern Illinois University- Edwardsville with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science this May of 2016. I received my National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certification in November 2014. I started playing hockey when I was 4 years old and played until I graduated from SIUE for a total of 18 years for my hockey career. I started playing golf in the summer of 2015 and now consider that my dominate sport. I have always had a love for fitness and understanding how the body moves during exercise.

I graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. I have been interested in the fitness world ever since I started training for football in the 7th grade. I have since retired from football but will never retire from working out. I love helping people reach their goals because it makes them so happy which then makes me happy. I like to work with people of all ages but I really enjoy working with the retired population. There is never a dull day when you work with the older population!
