Responsibilities:
- SSP services clients in Madison and St. Clair counties in IL
- Assists older adults in household management and personal care including the following:
- Follow the client's written plan of care
- Light housekeeping to include dusting, mopping, vacuuming, washing dishes, keeping the bathroom clean, helping clients clear clutter that may have accumulated, changing bed linens, laundry
- Monitor the client's health and environmental changes, and report to the CCP Supervisor as required
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals including special diets
- Client transportation and escort so our clients may take care of their shopping or run any necessary errands. For clients unable to get out on their own, we also provide shopping/errands for them.
- Provide necessary receipts and documentation for shopping transactions
- Personal care, bathing, shampooing, skincare, nail care, etc.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED, CNA preferred
- Basic knowledge of home management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Highly motivated, honest, reliable, compassionate, responsible, cheerful, and patient
- Must be able to bend, stoop, push, pull, reach, sit, and walk for periods of time
- Daily access to a vehicle, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance
- Travel from client home to client home
- Ability to successfully complete quarterly in-services
- Ability to lift 50 lbs

Primary Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Wellness Coordinator/Personal Training Supervisor the Personal Training Staff are responsible for assisting in the following:
- Plan, lead and teach group fitness classes in accordance with the wellness center's guidelines.
- Develop customized workout plans based on clients' fitness levels, goals, and special considerations (e.g., injuries, medical conditions).
- Track client progress, providing regular feedback and program adjustments as needed.
- Assist in designing and implementing fitness programs to grow wellness membership and personal training services
- Maintain certification while employed and stay current on industry trends and best practices in fitness and wellness.
Job Requirements:
- Personal training certification
- Associates degree in related field preferred
- Ability to demonstrate exercises for extended periods of time
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- If a certification is not already held and is acquired within the first 90 days of employment, SSP will reimburse half of the certification fee.

Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Regional Manager will work and maintain all the authorizations for client services for their designated office. Work and audit all exceptions from HCA clocks, monitor the scheduling team, end-of-year documentation, and annual documentation for HCA’s, greet clients, field staff, and the public in a professional and friendly manner, monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness, create payroll, process time off request, become familiar with HHA Exchange, ADP and TTP, Hiring of all HCA’s interview and onboarding.
